Position:  ICT and Database Officer

Are you passionate about young people and improving the opportunities they have? Are you ICT and data savvy? Prospectus is enthusiastic to be partnering with us in our search for a new Part-time ICT and Database Officer. The post holder will provide comprehensive and effective management of our information, technology and communication systems. You will also supporting with data governance, security and business systems across the organisation, offering advice on how to utilise and adapt technology to business needs, as well managing complex data and ICT projects and development where needed. 

Scale: Mid-level. Salary commensurate to experience, skills and right attitude and ethic. 
Commitment: Part-time
Contract type: Part-time (3 days per week)
Hours of work: 9.00am until 4pm daily
Commencement: March 2020

Position:  Youth Engagement Officer

The Youth Engagement Officer (YEO) is an exciting and important role to engage young people (18 to 35 years old) to participate in our training, employment, projects and events. The YEO will support the planning and delivery of activities to engage young people in the Tongatapu area. The YEO will divide his or her time between internal and external projects work as required.

Scale: Entry-Mid Level. Salary rate commensurate to experience, skills and right attitude and ethic. 
Commitment: Full Time (32.5 per week)
Contract type: Permanent 
Hours of work: 9.00am until 4pm daily
Commencement: ASAP

Position:  Senior Finance and Human Resources Officer

The Tonga Youth Employment & Entrepreneurship Inc. (TYEE) seeks a committed and experienced Finance Officer to work with the Manager to provide an efficient and accurate finance service to all organisation stakeholders. In addition, in the context of our growing organisation, this individual will be responsible for the HR administration and record keeping associated with all current staff and new joiners.

Scale: A competitive salary package commensurate to experience, skills and right attitude and ethic. 
Commitment: Full Time (32.5 per week)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours of work: 9.00am until 4pm daily
