TYEE FUNDRAISING INITIATIVE, MONTHLY $1.00 RAFFLES

TYEE was first established in 2014 as a registered not for profit organisation.

The need to establish the organisation arose from the high rate of youth unemployment in Tonga and the increasing number of school-leavers each year who were unable to secure a job.  We work with the aim to help young school-leavers age 18 to 29.

​TYEE is self-funded and because of this, it is one of TYEE's initiatives to fundraise and this is what we do to support the work that TYEE do in Tonga. 

The Raffles will be held on a monthly basis to support the activities of TYEE. The raffle tickets will be on sale every month at TYEE Office and from the staff/Board members. The draw will be held at the TYEE Office on the 1st of each month. If the 1st of the month falls on a weekend or a Public Holiday then the draw will be held on the last business week-day of the previous month.   TYEE will keep the general public and ticket buyers informed well in advance.

For this August, the first raffle prizes will be announced on the week starting 25 August 2017, and monthly on the 25th thereafter.  Drawing date for the first raffle prizes will be held on Friday,
​1st September 2017 at TYEE Office.

The first raffle is also to mark a celebration of TYEE move to our new office at House of Tonga (opposite Lords Mobile Store) Corner of Taufa'ahau Road and Alaivahamama'o Bypass Road in Mailetaha, Nuku'alofa.
