We have employed family members or someone we know, in the past,this time for one vacancy, we thought we would try TYEE, and advertiser on WOIT. It all worked smoothly, forms to complete, fee paid, then names and CVs forwarded for us to review, then a decision who we would interview, on our part not a very formal job interview that is really not us, but he came along: Well dressed, early for the interview, gave good eye contact, Answered questions in a clear voice in English and in Tongan when my staff asked a question.
